How do you brew beer and how do you make soda? You can learn about this on a toour of Fuglsang Bryggeri.

The brewery Fuglsang can call itself Denmark's oldest family-run brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865 and today some of his great-great-grandchildren run the brewery with the same respect for the craft and ingredients when they produce good beer from Southern Jutland. The brewery produces classics that use the same traditional recipes that have been in the family for generations. Additionally, the brewery also develops new brews.

The family also runs its own malt factory, which is one of Europe’s largest. Naturally, most of the malt used at the brewery comes from here. Additionally, the brew master chooses to give some of the flavours a bit of an edge through adding various sorts of hops from the US, England or Germany.

Meeting place: The parking lot in front of the brewery.
